Cookie Dough Fundraiser Tips

Before your fundraiser begins, clarify how many units of cookie dough you expect sellers to sell.

Collect all funds upfront so you can stay organized and avoid having to track down supporters who haven’t paid yet.

Make sure to have a proper place to store your cookie dough when it arrives.

Host a cookie-making event at a church, school, or local business. This way, when your cookie dough arrives, everyone will be excited to bake cookies and have a fun event to look forward to.

Have a bake sale. Whether you set up your bake sale at a school basketball game, a church bazaar, or a corporate event in your community, you can encourage your supporters to use their cookie dough to help you earn even more for your cause.

How Do I Make 80% Profit?

Depending on how large your group is and how many tubs of cookie dough they sell, your cookie dough fundraiser (on it’s own) will raise between 35-56% profit. However, you will also receive 1 free Spinner for every $500 in profit your fundraiser brings in. But what is a Spinner?

HOW DOES IT WORK: The donor spins the arrow to determine their donation, which ranges from $1 to $4. Many times the donor will want to spin twice in turn doubling your fundraising efforts. In return for the donation, each donor will receive a coupon sheet specific to your area. Each Spinner raises an average of $210 when all 50 coupons are given out. Spinners are an extremely profitable fundraising method.

Once you add the profits from the Spinners to the profit from your cookie dough sales, your group could potentially reach the 80% profit mark!
