Instructions
Set out a piece of foil large enough to wrap your salmon. Use either heavy duty foil or double wrap with regular. Spray foil with cooking spray.
Add half of the lemon slices on the foil. Top with parsley, salt and pepper.
Arrange the salmon on top of the lemon slices.
Top salmon with remaining lemon slices, butter, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
Seal the foil packet and grill! The salmon should be grilled at a temperature of 375° to 400° F for 15-18 minutes depending on thickness.
Remove the salmon from the grill once the appropriate temperature has been reached or whenever the thickest part of the salmon is flaky.
Toss the aluminum foil in the trash and enjoy the delicious salmon!
