Ingredients
  

  • 1 Filet Salmon - Fresh Wild Caught
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 whole Lemon Sliced
  • 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • 3/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Pepper
  • Parsley
  • Dill or Rosemary Optional

Instructions
 

  • Set out a piece of foil large enough to wrap your salmon. Use either heavy duty foil or double wrap with regular. Spray foil with cooking spray.
  • Add half of the lemon slices on the foil. Top with parsley, salt and pepper.

  • Arrange the salmon on top of the lemon slices.
  • Top salmon with remaining lemon slices, butter, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Seal the foil packet and grill! The salmon should be grilled at a temperature of 375° to 400° F for 15-18 minutes depending on thickness.
  • Remove the salmon from the grill once the appropriate temperature has been reached or whenever the thickest part of the salmon is flaky.
  • Toss the aluminum foil in the trash and enjoy the delicious salmon!
